Efficiency Management LLC manufactures single dose Aluminum Cups lined with PVC for the Food, Pharmaceutical and moisture sensitive Medical Device Markets. These nest-able Liquid Unit Dose Cups are FDA approved for Rx and OTC liquids, and are ideal as a Protective Package. The LUD Cups are currently available in three sizes; 22 ML (milliliter); 30 ML; and 45 ML. Custom sizes are quoted when needed. Non-PVC lined structures are available.

These cups are uniquely formed to provide a maximum sealing flange that is ideal for a peel-able die cut lidding structure. The 4mil aluminum cups provide extended shelf life protection when matched with aluminum lined lidding structure. The cups are designed for easy de-nesting and use a common sized preprinted, die cut lid for product identification and bar coding. Samples are available upon request.
